
Quality Policy is a primary task of management strategy for IEn Transformer Department staff as well as for the Department management. The Policy is focused on:
- Carrying out scientific and research works, and works with practical applications on a highest level using the newest and most effective methods, according to law, polish and international technical standards, in order to comply with present and future customers' requirements.
- Keeping a neutral character of reports, expertise results, and any scientific, technical and economic analysis.
- Market investigation for electrical equipment demands with special consideration of power transformers and reactors, their specification and reliability, within designing, manufacturing and servicing areas.
- Continuous looking for new solutions (design and technological), and their practical application in manufacturing.
- Selection of well qualified staff and employment for the task corresponding to their theoretical and practical dispositions, taking into account their inclinations and abilities.
- Checking uniformity and reliability of any measurements, their registration and storage.
- Quality management according to International Standard ISO 9001: 2000.
- Creating mutual respect and gentlemen's agreement climate with our partners - customers and subcontractors through the objective and honest partnership.
- Setting prices of our Department services on a level acceptable by customers and assuring return for the invested capital.
- Absolute respecting secrets trusted to our Department by the customers.
Management of Transformer Department of Power Engineering Institute declares that the Quality Policy essence has been created by whole staff of the Department. Therefore the staff identifies itself with Quality Policy aims and respects assumptions of the Quality System.
