  • Computer services for processes and objects, hardware and software.
  • Diagnostic of power transformers:
    - technical condition of transformers including post-failure possibility for further operation,
    - diagnostic systems based on off-line measurement with an expert system,
    - on-line monitoring and diagnostic systems.
  • Databases for users of transformers.
  • Estimation of power transformers designe in wide range of power and of voltage. Among others we offer:
    - modern insulating systems,
    - detailed verification from short-circuit strength point of view, also of non-cylindrical windings,
    - design of large power transformers with low level of losses, and limited local heating,
    - modern dry and oil reactors, screening systems,
  • Packages for operating and long term loading forecasting.
  • Various tests and measurement on transformers and reactors.
  • Expertises dealing with:
    - technical - economic analysis related to repair, refurbishment or replacement of transformers,
    - determination of reasons of transformer faults.
  • Analysis of mechanical strength of steel elements and of and under pressure tanks.
  • Designing and production of special current measuring and protection transformers, especially installed inside of large power transformers, with accuracy class 0.2 and 0.5.

  • Measurement of hot spot temperature in transformer windings by means of fibre optic devices.
  • Computer aided location of hot-spot in a transformer coil at quasi - stationary and dynamic loading.
  • Computer aided verification of short-circuit withstand of transformers when designing with taking into account non-linear characteristics of materials and results of model investigation.
  • Designing analysis upon profitability of refurbishment or replacement by a new unit of large power transformers and reactors, including:
    - technical and economic analysis advisability of repair step-up transformers 240 MVA 110, 220 and 400 kV and step-up transformer 68 MVA/110 kV. Refurbishment of station transformer 25 MVA/15 kV, connected with improvement of its short-circuit withstand and reliability over operation,
    - analysis dynamic and thermal phenomena in cores of large power shunt reactors with "slice" legs,
    - analysis phenomena in tank magnetic shunts, directed to optimal design solution,
    - analysis of currents in grounding connections of core to clarify reasons of damage of 240 MVA transformer.
